Caladoc, Marselan, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre Vinification with natural yeasts and maturing by grape variety in stainless steel vats. Blending of the different vats, to which are added a few of the barrels that were not used in the MINNA VINEYARD blend Bottling followed by ageing in the bottle for 36 months before release onto the market.
